• No Sales: CannaPickForMe does not sell, distribute, or facilitate the sale of cannabis or cannabis products. We are a recommendation tool only.
• User Responsibility: You are solely responsible for complying with all applicable federal, state, and local laws when purchasing and consuming cannabis.
• Account Data: If you create an account, you may delete your data at any time through the profile settings.
• Modifications: We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

• BCC Regulations: All dispensaries advertised on this platform are assumed to hold valid state and local licenses issued by the California Department of Cannabis Control (DCC).
• Advertising Standards: Sponsored content and advertisements on this App are clearly labeled as "Sponsored" in compliance with California Business and Professions Code §26151.
• No Youth Targeting: This App does not target, appeal to, or knowingly collect data from individuals under the age of 21, in compliance with California cannabis advertising regulations.
• Federal Law Notice: Cannabis remains a Schedule I Controlled Substance under federal law (21 U.S.C. § 812). Federal and state cannabis laws may conflict. Users assume all risk.

• Account Data: If you sign in, we store your email address and authentication state via Firebase Authentication. This is used solely for sign-in and syncing your stash across devices.
• Stash & Preferences: Your strain selections and session history are stored in your browser's localStorage. If signed in, this data syncs to Firebase Firestore.
• Analytics: We use Vercel Analytics to collect anonymous, cookieless usage data (page views, feature interactions). No personally identifiable information is collected through analytics.

• Location data or GPS coordinates
• Purchase history or financial information
• Health or medical records
• Social media profiles or contacts
• Device identifiers or advertising IDs

Third-Party Services

• Firebase (Google): Authentication, Firestore database, and Storage. Subject to Google's Privacy Policy.
• Vercel: Hosting and anonymous analytics. Subject to Vercel's Privacy Policy.

CannaPickForMe may display sponsored content from licensed cannabis dispensaries and brands. All sponsored content is:

• Clearly labeled with a "Sponsored" or "Partner" badge
• Visually distinguished from organic strain recommendations
• Subject to our editorial standards — sponsorship does not influence the App's algorithmic matching results
• From businesses assumed to hold valid California cannabis licenses

Sponsored strain recommendations appear separately from your personalized match results. Your match score is never altered by advertising.

• Strain names, genetics, and effect profiles are sourced from public databases and community knowledge. Strain names may be trademarks of their respective breeders or brands.
• The CannaPickForMe name, logo, matching algorithm, and CannaGotchi game are original works.
• User-submitted custom strains remain the intellectual property of their creators.
